- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, and we offer a safe, secure checkout and order confirmation process!
Ordering by Mail: we welcome credit cards and checks.
- We accept mail orders at the address shown above. Please include your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card account number, along with your name exactly as it appears on the card, the card expiration date, the card ID number (the last three numbers shown on the back of the card on your signature strip), and your daytime telephone number (if we need to reach you with questions regarding your order). Please also include a list of products that you wish to order (please include sizes), and add the appropriate shipping and handling charges (plus sales tax, if applicable) as shown below.
- For mail orders, we also accept personal checks and money orders. Please allow 7 business days for all personal checks to clear our bank.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
For your shopping convenience and to ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following policies for all products sold directly by KingdomWinners.com, including all Race Team merchandise and any KingdomWinners™ branded product:
- When you place your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order details. You will also receive an e-mail when your package has been shipped. In the unlikely event that a product you order is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail or phone so that you can either cancel this portion of the order or have the item shipped to you when it returns to stock.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery of in-stock items; most items ship faster!
- If the prices shown on our website are incorrect due to typographical or technical error, we reserve the right not to sell any product below our cost.
- We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Packages will be delivered by the United States Postal Service, UPS, Federal Express, or DHL. If possible, please provide a street address where the package can be received during the day.
- Shipping and handling charges for U.S. addresses can be calculated below. For Pennsylvania shipping addresses, please add 6% sales tax on items other than caps and shirts (for online orders, these rates are calculated automatically).

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to maintain stock of each item on our website, but due to sudden increases in sales volume, a product will occasionally be placed on back-order. Typically, back-order information is reflected on our website, but if not, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone. Your credit card will only be charged for merchandise shipped. Our goal is have the products you want...in stock...every time!

RETURNS
We value your business, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from KingdomWinners.com!
Return any unused merchandise in new condition within 14 days of order receipt to receive a refund of the merchandise price or an exchange (merchandise must be in original condition with a copy of the original invoice enclosed). We will also refund original ground shipping and handling charges for defective items returned during the 14-day period.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept or process returns/exchanges without the original invoice and your return instructions. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs (please ship via UPS, USPS regular mail, or USPS Priority Mail.
If you receive damaged merchandise or quantities/items other what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your shipment via e-mail or phone (1-814-864-7801) so that we can quickly resolve the issue and provide an outstanding purchase experience!
